RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Valoura, every order is prepared with care and precision. Our compositions are created in controlled batches and handled with exacting standards. Because of the intimate and personal nature of perfumery, all sales are final.


1. Finality of Purchase
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, fragrance selection, or minor packaging variations.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
• In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Valoura will take responsibility.
• To initiate a claim, you must contact us at valouraperfume@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
• Your order number.
• Clear photographic evidence of the issue.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.


3. Resolution
• Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
• Refunds are not offered except in cases where a replacement is not possible.
• Valoura reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for each claim.


4. Responsibility
• Valoura is not liable for damages caused by improper storage, handling after delivery, or misuse of the product.
• Please note that courier delays, minor packaging imperfections, or natural variations in batch character do not qualify as grounds for refund or replacement.
