• Each Valoura composition is produced in controlled batches. Availability is therefore limited.

5. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 3–6 business days after confirmation. Once processed, orders are dispatched through our courier partners.
• Estimated courier transit is 2–7 business days depending on PIN code and delivery partner. Certain areas may require additional time.
• Shipping is available within India only. Valoura does not offer international shipping.
• Shipping estimates are provided as guidance only. We are not liable for courier delays, unforeseen disruptions, or service interruptions beyond our control.
• A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

6. Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the personal nature of perfumery products, all sales are final.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic proof and the order number sent to valouraperfume@gmail.com.
• Each case will be reviewed individually. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or other suitable remedy determined by Valoura.
